Hali'i Kai offers three oceanfront buildings, 13-15. These buildings are very private and offer amazing ocean views. The Hali'i Kai Ocean Club is just a short walk from these buildings.
Building 12 offers the best view along the Kohala Coast. Enjoy an amazing ocean view over the signature 12th green of the Waikoloa Beach Course. This view is featured on all the Waikoloa Beach Resort advertisements. This building is the closest building to the Hali'i Kai Ocean Club.
Building 16 has select villas that offer nice corridor ocean views. The Hali'i Kai Ocean Club is also a short walk from this building.

Hali’i Kai is the newest condo complex in the Waikoloa Beach Resort. Hali’i Kai
is located next door to the Hilton Waikoloa in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the
Big Island. In a secluded area, Hali’i Kai is very peaceful and offers excellent
ocean views. Hali’i Kai is also known for its Ocean Club. You will find an oceanfront
resort style multi-level pool, oceanfront open air fitness cabana, and a restaurant
at the Ocean Club. The restaurant offers a selection of favorite Hawaiian cocktails
and appetizers.
Our personally selected Villas at Hali’i Kai have luxurious
furnishings and the
best ocean views in Hali’i Kai. The gourmet kitchens have stainless
steel appliances and granite countertops. The living rooms have been furnished with a tropical flair
as you expect to find in Hawaii, including big screen LCD televisions. Enjoy
the ocean views from the kitchen as well as the living area in all our Hali’i Kai Villas.
The bathrooms are very spacious and have Jacuzzi tubs as well as large walk-in showers.
The Villas are air conditioned plus have ceiling fans throughout. The separate
